2026 Rising Leader Class Now Accepting Applications

Are you interested in becoming a Rising Leader? Do you know someone in your firm who would make a great Rising Leader? We are kicking off the 2026-2027 class in August!

The Rising Leader program was developed to help future firm leaders within ACEC Ohio member companies.

Our Rising Leader program features 6 half-day sessions covering 6 topics for a total of 27.5 hours of learning.

The Rising Leader program is targeted at candidates with:

• Professional Engineering license or technical skill set; 5-15 years of industry experience
• Interest in pursuing a leadership track within their firms
• Regular direct client interaction and communication
• Recognized leadership attributes and/or potential

The participants are given networking opportunities inside and outside of their class sessions. The class is limited to 22 participants per program year and will be first come first serve. Each firm may only register one member per year, but we do maintain a waiting list for the following class of Rising Leaders if we receive more than 22 applicants.
