ESA Engineers, Surveyors & Associates, LLC is a full service civil engineering and surveying firm offering comprehensive services to both public and private clients. Services offered include land development, site planning, stormwater management, water lines, sanitary sewers, transportation and boundary/topographic/construction surveys. ESA prides itself on providing creative, cost effective solutions.

KCI Associates, Inc. provides civil, structural and environmental studies and design for public and private sector clients. Their major areas of expertise include site planning and feasibility studies, site development, roadways and highways, bridge design and inspection, traffic studies and design, highway lighting, drainage and storm collection systems, water supply and treatment systems, sanitary sewer and treatment systems, dams, general municipal services, environmental planning and document preparation, surveying, construction inspection and administration.

Limbach Engineering & Design Services is a design-build mechanical contractor with full mechanical and electrical engineering services. They engineer, construct and service the mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, building automation, electrical and control systems in both new and existing buildings and infrastructure. Limbach also works for building owners in the private, not-for-profit and public/government sectors.

Quality Control Services was originally established to provide industrial coating inspections but has grown to provide Construction Engineering, Construction Management/Admin and Construction inspection for numerous transportation projects across the State of Ohio. QCS has engineers and inspectors certified to perform work in each of ODOT's seven pre-qualification categories. In addition, they have provided services in 11 of ODOT's 12 Districts.  

RS&H is a client-centered facilities and infrastructure consulting firm. RS&H is organized into six client-focused practices, each with its own multi-discipline team of architects, engineering, planned, environmental scientists and technical support personnel.
